We are opening a coworking space to support nonprofits and social entrepreneurs that have been displaced by the storm.

Some critical details you need to know if you are considering this option—please read carefully:

The space is located on the third floor of the Starrett-Lehigh building, 601 West 26th Street.
We plan to open the space from November 19 to December 21. We may be able to extend a bit longer but cannot commit at this time.
This offer is suitable only for organizations with a maximum of four staff.
We will have wifi only—no cabled internet access.
We will try to get additional equipment like copiers, printers, microwave, etc. but at this time we can only promise a desk, chair and wireless internet access.
This is an open office environment. We will provide you with a desk and chair but you will not have privacy/your own office. We will have a couple of meeting rooms.
The space will be accessible 9:00am–5:00pm daily.
We are offering some full-time (daily) spaces and some part-time (a couple days a week) spaces to try to accommodate as many people as we can.
Things will be bumpy. They will go wrong. The space is raw. If you need a polished and professional space—or if you don't have a tolerance for occasional challenges—this may not be the right space for you. We are a pop-up space and we are all hustling to make this work.
Sadly, we have a limited number of available spaces. We will do our very best to accommodate as many people as possible.
